Mardocs Resident Time Off (RTO) App

Maritime Resident Doctors (MarDocs) is excited to announce the launch of our new Resident Time Off (RTO) App — a centralized platform designed to make the vacation request process more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly. Our app is located at rtoapp.mardocs.ca

Our new pilot program launches on July 1, 2026. We recently presented the RTO App to residency Programs, and 25 Programs have agreed to participate in the initial pilot.

This means:

1. Residents in those participating Programs will use the App through their home Program for vacation approvals; and
2. Any resident rotating through one of the participating services will use the App to request time off while on that rotation.

Resident Setup Information
Residents have been uploaded into the App. Once uploaded, residents will receive an email prompting them to create a password for their account. The email address used during setup will serve as the username. If you use multiple email addresses, please check all inboxes to determine which address received the setup email. If you have not received your login or have more questions about the app and its usage, please contact info@mardocs.ca.
