Making Changes to Your Plan

To ensure that coverage is kept up-to-date for yourself and your dependents, it is important that you report any changes to Maritime Resident Doctors, within 30 days of the life event taking place. Such changes could include:

  • Change in coverage that had previously been enrolled in single, waived or family benefits.
  • Name change

Please complete a CHANGE FORM and clearly state your reason for the change in coverage and email it to


Already registered for Family Coverage but need to add/remove a dependent?

You can make manage your dependents. Visit: and log in with your credentials.  Go to YOUR PROFILE > BENEFICIARIES + DEPENDENTS > ADD OR REMOVE DEPENDENT
