Making Changes to Your Plan

To ensure that coverage is kept up-to-date for yourself and your dependents, it is important that you report any changes to Maritime Resident Doctors, within 30 days of the event taking place. Such changes could include:

• change in dependent coverage
• change of beneficiary
• name change
• applying for coverage that had been previously waived

To make any of the above changes, you will need to complete an Group Coverage Change Form (available on our website).
