HRP Funding Deadline for submissions – Dec 12^th

Please note, any 2025 HRP reimbursement requests for program funding must be submitted no later than December 12^th , except for holiday-related spending, which may be submitted up to December 31^st.

If your program has not yet designated a Program Leader to oversee Mardoc’s HRP funding, please collaborate with the residents in your program to appoint one. The Program Leader will be responsible for determining how your program would like to utilize the available funding.  Please remember that HRP funding is intended to enhance your work life by supporting initiatives not typically funded by your department.  Before submitting, ensure your initiatives fall within the HRP spending guidelines.
